Curious. I have a kindle fire HD 7".

I just won a pink 7" kindle case. It doesn't fit...

So my kindle fire even though it's called n considered a 7" tablet. The touch screen /light up screen is what they call 7"... the entire tablet in the whole is just shy of 9"....

So how many inches is this case ( measure the opening in the center where the touch screen would be)
Plea see. I have win three cases off here. none that fit
