Thanks, and to shari_star, Let me explain further, If I go to a page and the current bis is 50, I have to outbid that persons max. bid amount(you don't know what they bid) Once you have surpassed their max. bid it will say you are winning the auction

can some one tell me what the highest bid is right now for some reason it says a certain number an I go higher and it says you been outbid but it is the same person that bid on it yesterday I would bid high enough if I knew the the current bid was but it is getting frustrating not knowing what the current bid is and being rejected ever bid I place.

That's because the entered a max. bid... so it will outbid you until you go past their max bid amount.
