this is a ipod touch 4th gen..took it put in for refurb and got it back not working it has new power ribbon, touch screen and back housing, i had them leave the screen up so i could check it out but above my skill level..great item for parts or to fix

Can you take a brighter picture of it? And possibly say what exactly is wrong with it because I've got an uncle who would be able to fix it.

i cant get a better pic, im stuck doin them wit my laptop right now and it seems to dull them down, as far as the problem im not sure, it was working fine, had the case and screen replaced now it has no power
