Vintage purse with one large with one zippered pocket on one side and two open pockets on the other. The material is somewhat like burlap. Flat bottom with no studs (feet). Smoke free environment.

I guess it could if the person has small arms. The straps are not adjustable, they leave an 8 to 10 inch area that is open for an arm
