Comes with a silver key, for those who want to protect their car's fuel tanks. Picture shows a locked cap, with the removed key. To put it into the car, put the key in, turn counterclockwise 1/4 turn, put the cap on, and then turn the cap clockwise 1/4 turn to lock and remove the key.
