Are u using the app??!! Bc when I use the app, (the one through the Apple ITunes store) the app always crashes like all the time. Tots annoying!!

Try going to your actual internet browser on your devices u are using (phone tablet iPod etc) and search listia.com in the Google bar. It works so much easier n personally I have never had a problem with it.

I use the app and the actual site. Mainly I use the app just to list items though, bc it's simpler, but to do anything with this site, search ,message ,bid ,comment etc, I use the actual site.

Pleaseeeeeeee make sure u verify your address bidders!!. I can not send anything to someone who's address is not verified. N it doesn't take long. Maybe two minutes to finish verifying it. Pretty much all you are doing is typing in the verified address section, your shipping address, that u want your winning items to be shipped to. Than listia verifys it's a real address in a second or two... N saves it to your profile. So every time u win a auction, your address is automatically there n u don't have to keep typing it each time.

If for some reason u can't do it by using the app. N you can do it by going on the actual web site, than use someone else's computer, or phone or laptop or tablet real fast. N go to the site, listia.com, sign in n verify than-- sign out. It seriously takes seconds. I'm sure u can find someone else device to use. Go to a library even!! Lol

Having yourself verified, through Facebook, Twitter, or even by phone. (Type in ur number, than they call u with a four digit code to enter, it's simple ) will help u alot on this site. No one will send anything to a non verified address. N u end up losing the credits u bid if u win. Plus if u plan on selling items, you will get way more bids n higher credits if you are verified.
