Yes I beleive so its very cute and I would put it into a plastic back and then into a mailing envelope to mail it safely but cheaply.

I have a 21yo daughter and 2 granddaughters, 6 and 3! Those are my girls! I'm always looking for clothes for them, but this one here I'm looking at for myself, haha!

Just incase you didn't realize it this skirt is a girls large so I am thinking its like a size 14 girls not womens is that the size you are looking for? I just want to make sure I don't want you to buy something and it not fit.
