This is an apple ipod nano touch 6th generation
(a1366) with 8 gb
it is in excellent condition
no scratches on front screen
few on back
comes with black case, original apple charger
original box (no lid)
i have used this but only for a short time. i now play all of my music on my phone

i will not lower the days!
i will not do a gin! so do not ask please!

where exactly in the rules does it say that electronics have to be reset to original factory settings? I believe you are wrong. There have been many laptops, mp3 players, ipods, ipads, etc that have sold on here. I guarantee over half of those were not reset. I am sure it is easy to find instructions online for how to reset an ipod.

Exactly right Mandy. It's very easy to re-set it. It's a touch pad. All you do is touch the screen and bring up settings...and then it will ask if you want to re-set to factory settings. It will also re-set if you plug it into your computer...whatever. If people do not want to bid then they don't have too.

No...it has some great music on it that I purchased...full albums so I figured if you did not like the music you could re-set it back yourself

Listia rules say that all electronics have to be set back to original factory settings and I wont be able to reset it myself. You are the only one who can do it and it must be done before shipping. Please let me know when you do reset it and I will be bidding. thanks Kathy

It is very easy to re-set it. I will re-set if that is what you want me to do Kathy. Just thought you might not want me to delete the albums that are on there. They are songs I paid for and I have the proof if Listia thinks I have to re-set it.

I do not mean to stir up a ruckus, I just know what I have seen the moderators write to sellers. It has something to do with copyright laws , etc. I can tell you which one to look at if you want to.

take a look at aimeealbright1 at her past auctions. The green IPOD isd still up and the moderator says it involves copyright laws if you leave any music or data and it is to be removed. This girl scammed me, or tried to. I caught on faster then she did. But anyway just thought I would let you know what the moderator says. So I guess it is the rules of listia.

I have never been fortunate to have owned any of these electronic devices and that is why I checked. But this is music I legally purchased on I-tunes...I have the purchase history on my Apple Account...that's what makes it different. That's why the moderators have not said anything on my auction. I have 3 great full albums of Maroon 5, I have 2 of Fun's full albums, I have Life House, Daughtry, 2 Jack Johnson Albums...and lots more. I just hate to delete all of that. But I PROMISE...I can take this back to Factory settings if you bid and win this auction. I am NOT a scammer.
