this one is near mint but I put it as very good. I usually store books like this in plastic bag.they do have very weak bindings I have noticed

Is this a special edition or something? I don't seen the standard decal with the issue number in the upper left hand corner. Thanks for clearing that up!

not very knowledgeable in comics. doesn't say anything about special issue but is much thicker than regular comic. check Google?
