The listing, Beautyberry Bush Seeds has ended.

All pictures except of the seeds, have been taken from the internet. Beautyberry Bush grows wild around here (Mississippi). These seeds were taken from a wild bush. The bush itself is not much to look at until it is covered in berries, hence the name. But the berries are a vivid purple that more than make up for the tiny white flowers in the Spring. You will be getting a dozen seeds.
These come from a smoke free home with live in pets.

This is my favorite wild plant, The berries can make a great jelly but what I love about it most is that the leaves are an excellent insect repellent. When I take my kids & grandkids hiking on sundays its the first thing I look for. Crush up a few leaves & stick tehm in the kids pockets, none of us ever get bitten (and we live in FL, mosquito heaven!).

I didn't know you could make jelly from the berries. I found out about the leaves only from looking up how to grow them from seeds. I only know I like how they look when the berries are on the plant. Thanks for the information. I'll have to try making the jelly one of these days. I will probably have to wait until I grow my own bushes though.
