Gorgeous Girls Red Dress with Sparkles Swirled throughout by Philly.

Size 8.

The bodice of this dress is 90% Polyester, 10% Nylon
The skirt and ruffle is 100% Nylon and
The lining is 100% Polyester.

I won this dress on this site and it was intended to be my daughter's birthday dress but unfortunately was to small for her to wear. Hopefully it can make another little girl happy.

Does this dress run small? I know it says size 8... But looks like it could fit a size 5/6 . What do you think?

So I took measurements of the dress and then compared them to the average length of a size 8 dress, I hope this info is helpful to you. The length of this dress shoulder to hem is 28" and the average length for a size 7 is 27" and a size 8 is 29". So it's right in the middle which would suggest a size 7/8. The average length of a size 6 dress is 24" so the dress may be a little long but with a little extra room to grow. I hope this helps some. I'm sorry I can't give you a more definite answer.

I honestly don't know my daughter even tho she just turned 5 is in a 10/12 and I guess i didn't realize she had grown so much so fast. She loved the dress so much I allowed her to wear it once but she had to have shorts on underneath. She has a little booty on her so that usually automatically makes things a tad shorter on her. If you would like I'll measure the length of the dress for you so you can have a better idea. Just let me know.
