FREE: White cotton doily w/embroidery work

This is a white oval cotton doily from the 30-40s. It has been around for as long as I can remember, but I'm not exactly sure if it belonged to my mother or my mother-in-law. I has beautiful crochet work around the entire edge that is quite intricate and was done with a very small needle. There are hot pink flowers with blue and faded pink embroidery work on it. It can be starched and will wear like iron when you do this treatment. For now, I have left it unstarched. It is 16" long and 12 1/2" wide. There are no holes or spots on it. It is in very good shape for it's age. The only wear I can see on it is to the embroidery work. It is very thin and delicate, now, but starching should preserve it very well.
