Helps predict the weather patterns. Similiar ones are sold online for up to $350 range. As is condition. It is a online site called the weatherstore.com (I believe that's the name) that will refurbished these and make them worth more in working condition.

Do your research and educate yourself about items such as this. Antique items still have a lot of use in them! They may need a little elbow grease to be restored but once done.
