This is a CERTIFIED AUTOGRAPH, as indicated by the authentication provided by Upper Deck on the back of the card.

Burgos pitched 2 seasons with the Kansas City Royals and one with the New York Mets. After his career was derailed by Tommy John surgery and legal troubles, he began a comeback in the Mexican League in 2013.
