doesnt say but im 5'3" 145 and it was plwnty of room and way long in the legs so im guessing a large

Hi, is this costume for two people? Photo is confusing me, I guess because the wig is on one side and the hat is on the other :) sorta looks like a two person clown costume? I need a clown costume this year and wanted to make sure my eyes aren't going coocoo on me LOL
