All Items comes from a smoke free home. However, I do have pets. I keep the pets and auction items separate.

Only bid if you have a VERIFIED ADDRESS! I will no longer mail to people with non-verified addresses.If you do not have a verified address, You have 7 days to get verified and your address sent to me or I will relist, keeping your credits.

If I do not receive the address of the winner bidder with in 7 days, I will re-list the item which means your credits will stay with me.

I send things out ONCE A WEEK and will send a message when your item has been sent.

If you have any questions, please ask! I check Listia often and check via the Listia app. I will answer you ASAP.

I like the auction sock monkey. Fanning and I wil lbe watching this, so, no need to respond to my question urgently. It is about Listian verified addresses. There IS an advisement not to ship to unverified addresses, but I was curious as to why you mention it when every (with the exception of a new member) bidder should be aware of that anyways. So my question would be a two part question as follows : Have you encountered an issue involving unverified addresses? and if so, what complications arose from those / that complication.

You caught me on Listia, so I'll answer now. I have had a lot of new people bid and win my auctions. More times than not they will email the address which is not verified. Like you said above, it's advised not to ship to nonverified addresses. Stating it in my auctions has greatly cut down on the back and forth emails I get into with people about verifying their address. Also, before I became diligent about sending to only verified addresses, I had more than one occasion that I had to wait the 20 days to get my credits because the people either never log on again or never say they got the item. I've yet to run into that when someone takes the time to verify. *fingers crossed*

Fanned back and watching some of yours. The listia rewards store sometimes has the stickers for sale. You just have to catch them at the right time.

Thanks for that answer to my question. There are many new members and I am finding them to be unreliable also. I like to give people the benefit of doubt, however that does not seem to work well here with unverified users
