Hello fellow listian and welcome to my four amazing comic auction.

The first book offer in this lot is.

Secret Wars 8 Very Fine+ 8.5 Condition.
(Origin story of alien symbiote suit)
(1st Print)

Condition: Tight sharp corner, Tight spine, Lay flat,
One minor flaws which is the reason I rate this VF+
At the top of the book very small there is dent. Maybe a half inch. Near the top.

And that just my opening book.

Tier level bonus

For every 2000 credits I will be adding one more comic.

And I will be adding 1 comic per day to this auction.

If you plan on winning.
Bid early and get yourself more comics.

For listian wishing to advertise your auctions. I will allow this on my listing.

(Win comics without being the winner)

If this auction reaches 50k

I will be giving a 2nd place. Comic for second place will be announced once requirements are met.

And if it reaches 60k

I will be giving a 3rd place. Comic for third place will be announced once requirements are met.

2nd and 3rd place will be determined after the auction has ended.

Winners will receive their comics in the mail.

For first place after 60k

Books will be offer on a lower tier.
Every 1500 credits a new comic book will be added to the auction.

Please bid early. This will allow me to add pictures and descriptions of the comics the winner will be receiving.

Within the last 24 hours of the auction. I cannot update the listing. But I will be adding the comic list within the comment section from that point on.

Winner will receive all books within the listing. And the updates within the comment section.

I have a question for you. If you don't want to answer, that's okay. I'm fairly new to Listia and can't understand how people can list auctions like this with something that is going to cost quite a bit to ship, and offer free shipping? I'm honestly curious - I've only sold digital ships and a few things I could fit into a card & mail. Not sure how shipping heavy stuff could be economically beneficial? Thanks for answering, if you do!

Here is my best answer.

When I do these type of auction I already plan on giving more then im going to receive.

Shipping will cost me 30.00. And yes im still offering free shipping. I also understand your thinking about this. That a lot of money to give away in a auction.

But my entire auction is set up this way.

I go in knowing this before my first bid. But this doesn't bother me. And I always give more than I receive.

And almost all auction on listia do better if the auction offers free shipping.

All listian who sell physical item know this before the listing. Free shipping auctions will always do better and get more bids.

Also listia entire motto sets the mindset of all listian this way.

I have accept this and I have a lot of comics to give.

If I charge listian for shipping my auction would not be over 25k. And I understand that.

Listia does not operate like ebay or any other auction site.
And this is what makes the site great.

Listian share items with each others and credits are transfer back and forth.

We give from the heart not for profit. Economically this will not make sense. But once you become a long time users. You will truly love the way this site works.

Listia is about sharing items to get items we want.

Here a better way to look it.

That's a lot of spiderman lol. Well I did say I was loaded with good books. And I feel like sharing. The last comic book collection I pick up was insane with long boxes full of great stuff.

My problem is im a dealer and a collector.
So I find myself wanting to keep everything.
But I know I need to move it. The next collection is just around the corner

And listia is a good way to share. I know someone will appreciate these as much I do. Letting books go to a collector is easy for me.

I know that sound random lol but it make sense to me. Either way enjoy guys im going to have fun giving these away.

This is the first one that reach over 100 comics. Overall pretty happy with the turnout. And some great comics going to all the winners of my auction.

But I have seen a lot great auctions on listia as of late. Went all in to win a few myself.

I would have interest in a DC auction if it included some of the New 52. Batman seems to do pretty well on Listia. I think if you added some older stuff it may help to spark some interest. Just my 2 cents.

So I notice that marvel does better than dc comics on listia.

But I thinking about taking a big risk.

And doing a all dc comics auction.

And if I ran it. I was thinking about giving out the new and hottest book to date.

This included.

Villians Month 3d covers 1st prints I have all the covers including joker daughter.

Tales of teen titans 44 (1st Nightwing)

Adventure of superman

Batman and superman and so much more.

I need to take a vote. Are you interested.

Just say bring out the dc comics dave.

That is all I need to hear.

And if you want just few issues I can run smaller lots or a single issue with a set gin.

But I need to know if there is a demand for dc.
