Strange. Does that happen alot? I don't understand why a person would bid on something and then not come thru. Course I spend most of my time shaking my head at the stupid things people do so I suppose it shouldn't be any different here, lol. Thanks again, this will look AWESOME in my garden. :-)

Yes it happens a lot and I think it is because they're dumb. They don't read the ad and then are surprised when they find out there is not free shipping. Only about half of the ads on listia are free shipping lol but they just don't get it lol

Lol, Debbie, I know what you mean. We do manufacturing and distributing here and deal with idiots on a daily basis. Makes me CRAZY sometimes how stupid people really are. One other thing I don't get - I put a flat rate of $12 on an antique book and caught all kinds of ***** for it so I had to change it to $5. What's up with that? I hate being pushed around like that but I'm new here so didn't really say anything, just changed it.

Because a book is media mail which is much cheaper. A big heavy book would be $5 and if the book is small I charge $3 or $4.

I will GLADLY pay $12 for shipping for something I get FOR FREE!!! Hellooooo!!!

Because of its size I will probably use a medium flat rate priority box which is $12

I'll keep that in mind about the books, thanks Debbie. I had no idea what media mail even was until I got on here. It's a good deal. :-) Thanks for all the info, you've been a big help. :-) Have a great day!
