Questions & Comments

So I have been trying to find help on Listia and Having a difficult time locating the answer... You've been a member for longer than I so hoped you might be able to help me? Someone "claimed" they shipped my item 12 days ago. Other than that I have received no communication from them... and no item. How long is appropriate to wait for an item to arrive? They shipped from the US.

Sorry I know its not YOUR problem but if you could shed any light I'd be so very grateful. Thank you!

Sure no problem I normally wait 14 days because if they ship USPS it can be unpredictable. I normally contact the seller so they are aware of the problem first. If the seller is unresponsive I request a refund. If the seller reassures me the package was sent I normally ask for a tracking number and wait another week .If a tracking number can not be provided I request a refund. 21 days is more than enough time to receive something.

Lol thanks ! I get that a lot. No problem I know when I got my first bum action I was unaware of how to handle it. But 3 weeks is more than enough time to get an item to someone. Sounds cool but I limit the colors to two so you could do the cheetah and zebra with mustache trim. Or whatever combination you would like. I could do the cc holders in the 4 different types but that would be all. The duck dynasty tape has the 4 main characters and some sayings. It is kind of a light tan color. Dont know how good it will look with the others but I will get a pick up soon! thanks for your interest in the wallets.
