The listing, OLD, TRUE VINTAGE, "BLUE WILLOW" PLATE MARKED JAPAN has ended.

This wonderful little plate is very old & made in Japan in the well loved, "Blue Willow" pattern. Very nostalgic & beautiful. It measures a wee, 4" in diameter & has no chips, cracks or crazing. I can see it as a Vanity, pin dish, or for your bedside table to put your earrings & rings at bedtime. How about in your Guest bathroom with some individual soaps on it?
I believe it to be mid-century or before.

I have 2 plates almost identical to this one but the back says England Willow - microwave/dishwasher safe

This plate is VERY Old & pre-dishwasher. There are many, many variations of the Blue Willow design, made in various countries as well. I think they are ALL wonderful, indeed!
