I am going to be honest here....I have no idea what exactly these are..LOL !! I believe they are phone chargers; there is one 'adapter' that plugs into an outlet; then there are 4 different sizes of 'plugs' that go into a cell phone which you plug the other end into the adapter that plugs into the wall. The 4 sizes are listed on the card that came attatched to this set. There is no way I can copy down every single phone model listed for each size (there are about 20 different models listed for each of the 4 sizes). If you are interested, I will do my best to answer any questions as to what model is listed for each plug; I know that 3 of the plugs are for LG phones and the other one is for Sanyo.
