The listing, Leather Neck Collar has ended.

Black leather neck collar that I bought at Old Navy couple years ago.

Thought it would be a really cool neck lace too.

Measures only 3/8 inches wide by 19 inches long.

Has 2 prongs with 3 slots for adjustable wear. I'm sure more holes or slots can be added.

Doubled up it makes a neat bracelet.
