ok i bought this bag from a consignment sale and i just googled the designer apparently his brand sells at macys and nordstrom so i guess this would be considered a designer bag glad u asked

thanks for the info! there are several designers who sell in upscale department stores who've created secondary lines for Target at a much lower price point, that's what this seems to be. Still a very cute bag!!
