chicken pox ---- poliomyelitis ---- diphthera ---- scarlet fever ---- whooping cough ---- german measles , printed on a 3" x 5" card in black and white ,marked city of boston health department,these card were affixed to the sick person door as to warn no entry infection ,in excellent condition .

I bought them in the 1970s at a flea market ,the man I bought them from said they were real and showed me the copywright on the bottom I figure there real ,either way they are vintage 1970s for sure.good luck
