Semi automatic blood pressure monitor. To use you put on the cuff as shown on the cuff, push the on off button and wait until the zero appears on the screen, then squeeze the bulb so the cuff inflates and the pressure shown is above what you expect the high number to be (I usually go to 150), then quit pumping and the cuff automatically deflates slowly to allow the machine to determine your blood pressure. It also show heart rate.
