its from Avon's Collection of Jewerly and yes one piece.

no , 2 stones each are same such as two round, two oval, two square etc.

With no picture I wish you could be more descriptive. It's silver & has 13 cz's (of what color) & evidently shapes are 2 round, 2 oval, 2 square - that's 6, what are the other 7? You won't get very high bids with no photo & a vague description. I'm watching but not bidding yet because I can't even imagine what it looks like! Sorry.
