this is a holder for a purse/sm diaper carry bag.you swivel it around when ya take it out of the pk & ya place the back side of the sunflower on the table & the hook hangs down & ya hang your bag on it..pretty handy when ya have the kids or a lot of folks going out to eat..then all ya see is the pretty sunflower on the table which takes up only the space of a 50 cent piece..pretty cool. thanks for looking..all listia rules apply..
