the first two pictures are of the one that I have the third is of one in a civil war catalog. I have had it checked and it is the real thing. It was found about a foot and a half in the ground metal detecting

im not sure I don't think so but it is dirty and I was told not to clean it by the person that looked at it

I can't really tell, but can you tell me if it looks like a faint image of the eagle on it? I have seen those before. I do artifact hunting and fossil and rockhounding. So I know how much fun it is to look for ancient things.

no I don't think it does if it had that if would be worth between 1200 and 1800 from what I was told the one that this is a little earlier than those at the beginning of the dagoon area
