This is a fast growing tree, a tropical tree, will freeze in temps that stay under 30 degrees for longer than 6 hrs...But you can pot and keep trimmed, flowers on new growth.

The leaves look like green buterflies that open in the morning & close at night. Sometimes called a butterfly tree. Makes a gorgeous shade tree when not in bloom. It blooms sometimes twice a year, on the new growth.

My tree just bloomeded & made seeds. They come up where they fall so I have to harvest the seeds when they fall so that I don't have small trees all in my front yard, where ever the wind carries them.
Seeds I planted 2 weeks ago are now little trees about 2 to 3 in tall.
I am going to raise some trees to sell in the spring as I have a gazillion seeds this year..LOL

DO NOT bury them..they like very little dirt on them. Keep them damp and they will be growing little trees in a few days. I used Miracle Grow soil.
