I can not tell but is thier any scratchs on it the pic is a little to close and the light of the flash is reflecting off the iPod sooo I would like to no if thier are any scratches on it!

it should say the gigs on the back of the I-pod. Could you tell us how many? or if you plug it in to your computer, I tunes will tell you. Also could you tell me how long the battery lasts? I bought one before and it died right away??? Thanks
