I think its a way to put a candle or heat at bottom then a bowl goes inside and u heat things up. Any ideas what it is. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

It says English Silver , but then made in the USA? Can you get a better pic of the bottom? I think the thing at the bottom hold"sterno" I think it's either a Chafing dish holder or the base for a Fondue set.

Yes it says both. I looked it up on internet and that is what they said. Just look up English silver made in USA. I took best picture I could. I had to have magnify glass just to see it. That's why I described it the best I could. Thanks for looking
