The listing, Super Rare Japanese Shining Magikarp Pokemon Card has ended.

Originally when released in Japan, this card had a rarity of one in 300 packs. This is one of the rarest cards introduced in regular Pokemon packs. Eventually it was released in English and became less rare, at one in three packs. The Japanese version remained super rare. The entire card is holographic and much prettier in person.

Also included is a reverse holo Arcanine and two packs worth of extras from the newest set, just released this month. Sealed and packaged well. FREE SHIPPING!

Question: If I were to submit more cards from the set released this month (HeartGold SoulSilver) , would you be interested in them? I get rid of quite a bit, and would like to know if this is a good avenue to do so.

Btw, this card has been very well taken care of. It has stayed in a scrapbook in a sleeve the majority of the time. Maybe changed sleeves two or three times, and this last time, carefully packaged with the other cards.

Book value at this point? I don't know. Ebay doesn't list many. So my short answer is only as much as someone is willing to pay for it. ;)

A friendly suggestion for bidders, try bidding what you would be willing to give for the item. It makes it harder for others to come in and outbid you so quickly. Thanks for looking.

It is indeed. Japanese holos, especially special ones, are so much better than anything made in English.
