Mandy, I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you, but First Class postage has gone up TWICE since it was only .39 in 2005! ;-)

Anyway, postage is determined by weight in this case and not just the size of the envelope...my S&H costs reflect the packing materials I use, my time (I have to take this to P.O. because it won't fit in my community's mailbox) as well as the actual cost of postage. Hope you're understanding. Thanks for following my auctions, I appreciate it!

Hi again! I'm not sure what envelopes are only .39 - I went on the USPS site and could only find prepaid envelopes for .44 - all 3 sizes are too small and too weak to hold 2 prs. of panties. I'll probably use a 6x9 bubble mailer to ship these safely...hey, let me know more information about those ones for .39 and where I can buy them ok?
