This is a RARE necklace. It has been in our family for over 35 years. My husband and I attended a Police Auction in Glendale, CA. in the late 1970's. We bid on a jewelry box full of fine jewelry! This is one of the few items that I have left from that auction!

I have not had this necklace tested for diamonds or gold. I am guessing that it is a high grade of CZ or white topaz stones. They are about .15 pts for each stone. The metal seems to be maybe a sterling with a gold or brass overlay.

This necklace is very old. Most of the pieces in that jewelry box that we purchased were very old antique pieces, but I either wore them and gave them to my daughter, or they may have been stolen in a home invasion that we had many years ago.

This necklace seems to be the only prime piece I have left from that day at the auction. It was a fun time and only the best of the best things were being sold that day!

I should probably take this to the "Antiques Road Show" to get it appraised, but I am sick and can not travel very well. Someone here on Listia will win a gorgeous necklace!
