I'm confused, does it come with batteries or not? At the top ot says rechargeable included and at the bottom it says batteries include no.

Im with you... I do know the answer ... I'll tell you what if when I receive it it does not have any batteries I will include some AAA batteries so that it is ready to go when you receive it.

Not sure on the flash... it looks as though it has one but it is not listed in the description so I do not want to say for sure...
