It's one size usual
It goes from s-l
Not sure about weight but would at least 30lbs but just a guess

It probably would help
I only used it to go over a regular diaper
For my disabled 6 yr child that was having alot of leaks but he is using special diapers now

yes, crystina, you need an insert for pocket diapers. this is a pocket diaper. the white part is fleece which wicks the moisture away from baby and into the pocket where the insert would absorb the moisture.
