This is 1996 Upper Deck football card with Jay Novacek on it. According to the picture, at the time of this football card, he played for the Dallas Cowboys. What you see in the picture is what you are getting. I am not a carder grader. Therefore, as far as condition, the only thing I can say is that it's in good condition as far as I can tell.
