The handling a shipping have been applied need to pay no more money. once that,s paid package will be shipped.that,s what flat fee mean,s.it not like e-bay you have to give what you want for product then charge a shipping fee makes sounds like you double dipping by paying for shirt and a shipping fee so with flat fee it,s one charge and no more.i used t0 sell on e-bay but when they started the price of shirt and a shpping fee made sound,s like you asking two prices for the shirt.with lista it,s one price and no more. hope you under stand the method.the have on there site free shing which is like givng it away with no fees then their flat fee and also a digtile whiich means they seen it e-mail to you it like them sending documents
