It is a cordless telephone with caller id. comes with power cord. That is what was wrapped around the phone and base in the picture. Sometimes the caller id shows incomplete data. The phone works otherwise. The screen is not easily seen by people with bad vision. I know that sound funny but that is why this one was replaced. Shipping paid by buyer.
