Honestly, I don't know. It seems to me to be made of the same kind of hard plastic as Thunderbolt. I have 3 of the Thunderbolts but 2 don't have moveable legs or anything. The other has a mane and tail made out of some kind of hair. I have this horse standing by the others and he is almost as large in height but not quite. I wish I could tell you for sure one way or the other but I truly don't know. It could be I guess. I'm afraid I really can't say for sure. Thanks for asking. I have one friend who is a collector of all these horse figures from yesteryear as he calls it. I will show him this horse and see if he can tell me anything. Will let you know.
