It's pretty nice. Takes one AAA Battery and you can simply stick it into your USB port and upload songs. No headphones included but I will throw in a 4 pack of AAA batteries as well.

as far as how many songs it holds, if it is a 2GB then you can approximately get 200ish songs.

My apology to everyone that bid on this. It is only 1G now that I have looked up the model. My cousin gave it to me when she got her I-pod. It is a RCA TH1611-A. Sorry it took me so long to reply.
