Make your doggy a sweet Xmas elf for Halloween. It includes the dress and hat. It is for a small dog but the hat and dress are both Velcro which I tried to show in the pictures! My dog is about 16lbs and fit perfectly. So moving the straps in or out I would say 8lbs to 20lbs. It is precious on your baby though! I included a pic of my dog with it on to show you what it looks like on! Oh and FREE SHIPPING!

Me too but my dog refuses to wear anything and the matching hat is soooo cute! The top drapes over with a little bell! It's precious if you have a dog that will keep it on!
