Not sure if real gold or not. The sapphire is a darker blue

easy way to tell if its real or not is with foundation (makeup). Rub some on your wrist and blend it in then take the piece and drag it across the area after it drys. If a mark is left then it is real. The darker the mark the higher the gold content. Fake wont show at all. Will look like charcoal...( the mark that is left...)
