I am new to Listia and am appalled at some people. CountryIvy2010 and fluffy25, what is your problem??? All of this stuff on Listia can be bought somewhere, to advertise on another's listing and to tell folks not to bid on something for free????? What gives??

Thanks for the support. I like this site because I can't buy stuff at the store, but get it for credits here.

what would shipping be if I live in Indianapolis too?
Dec 20th, 2010 at 5:55:42 PM PST by
Original
I would consider dropping 50 cents, but the delivery conformation and handling requires some charge for shipping.
Dec 27th, 2010 at 1:35:34 PM PST by

Shipping rate is about right for item plus DC number.

I saw these at Walgreens today and was trying to figure out the purpose. What is the point? Just curious =)

some for play, but you can decorate with them too. They are safer than marbles, since they won't break stuff. I use them for plants that I forget to water. When I see the balls are shrinking, I add more.

no it doesnt grow plants its just a pot filler

Yes, but waters them and keeps them alive better than dirt does.

so does it grow plants?
Dec 19th, 2010 at 4:51:41 PM PST by
Original
It simply holds the water the roots will use to grow. When the plant removes the water, the balls shrink. When you add water, it holds it there for longer than plain dirt will.

are they just animals and ceatures or do u have plant ones to like in one of the photos
Dec 19th, 2010 at 11:58:07 AM PST by

Animals and creatures. The plants are ideas if you use them as magic mud and not a toy.
