Phone turns on with power cord. Turns off without it. I believe it needs a new battery pack. You can try to fix it or use it for parts.

Ya i have let it charge and nothing but its like there is a short somewhere bc when u charge it most time it comes on and sometimes it will keep restarting its-self but when u charge and if it comes on sometimes it stays on i dunno i think there is a short in the phone. Im not sure

it might be the phone prob. not battery, same thing happened on my phone, i changed battery nothing changed.
