Up for bids is a bio star TA760G M2+ mother board, include in this auction is the mother board, 4 gigs of ram, and a Amd Athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4000+ running at 2.10 ghz and is including fan and heat sink, faceplate, what’s is not including in this auction, driver disc (driver can be downloaded off their web site),( manual can be downloaded off their web site) no cables, no org box, no hardware, no software, this is a working mother board see pic, I updated the bios to the latest version, And I put in a new cmos battery a few month ago and it worked fine on windows 7 ,I up graded my motherboard a few month back and I had this just setting a round collecting dust, would make a nice backup board for your computer, this is being sold AS-IS no refunds no returns, Got questions I am here to ask !

westerfield- new to building computers mobo up, replaced a lot of peripherals but thats the extent of it, what I have is a dead ASUS A7V8x-LA mobo out of a compac presario desk top, do you know by chance if your mobo is compatible? or do I need to some homework, also cant tell if there is a vga connector , I see the DVi clearly. thank you for your time, F & W

It has VGA and dvi both,and it is a Micro ATX,so if your mother board is a Micro ATX i would say it would fit,dos your back plate come off ?

just to note,i was looking on the web site for your mother board and it was a Micro ATX too so it should work but ... how big a power supply are you using ?

Thanks for the reply, I just purchased a LOGISYS w/atx20/24 and serial ATA support, that can have a combined total Max output of 480 watts. I think to complete this I will need to purchase adapters to connect my hard drive and dvd (there are not the sata cable types) or get new ones with sata connections. I'm not a gamer, just like to have faster/better..i more impatient now that i'am older/grumpier ! Thanks again for your help oh! and the back plate is removable !

you mentioned that you were running window 7 with this mobo, in your opinon would there be a problem if my OS is XP sp3? on the hard drive I have..Bios setup?

It ran fine on xp and windows 7,i have not tested it on windows 8.1 though,but you can run 2 ide hard drive and 6 sata dives on it
