Ok well make sure your shipping address is verified through Listia right under the "Account Settings" on the lower left side of the page under the 'My Listia" page.
You will see a tab under "account settings" that says: "Saved Shipping Address" then enter your correct shipping address then click 'Verify" Soon you will get an e-mail or message indicating that you are "now verified" or that you need to correct your shipping address! Good Luck!!
