These warm, comfy soft shoes have flannel uppers, fleece lining and non-slip black vinyl soles. Winner will choose the size they need. Available sizes: 0-3mths to size 7 toddler. 0-3mths and 3-6mths sizes have fabric soles for non-walkers. Handmade in a smoke free home.

I always suggest a size larger if there is a question. Sounds like 6-12mths would work.

No, I sell them in a local store. My 'day job' takes me out of town 3 days a week, so I was having problems keeping up with the orders. I do sell them individually. They are $10 plus $2 shipping.
