The listing, Solid 14k Gold Rope Chain 20 1/2in Long end to end!! has ended.
your bidding on a very beautiful solid 14k Gold rope chain necklace!
its 20 1/2in from end to end and would look beautiful dressed up or dressed down! I just had this taken to a jeweler and he assured me its the REAL THING!
im guessing no? like what type of mark? my grandma gave me the necklace, and i took it the jeweler and he confirmed it was real. came home and listed it. i dont know anything about jewelry except 14k is gold and 925 is silver. maybe you can teach me something?
Like initials maybe say NF or FG ect or sometimes they will put a symbol instead it just depends on the company I quess every gold jewelery item I own has the jewerlers mark I read before if their isn't a jewelers mark be leary as every jeweler marks their creation. Kinda like an artist signing their work well jewelers mark their work lol. Usually it is by the stamp but not always.
I am very very interested in this necklace but I want to make sure before I go bidding high credits it is truely real gold. When you took it to your jeweler did they actually test it or just look at it seen the stamp and said yeah it is real gold? I just did a google search and again found this If the piece has no hallmark or jewelers mark, it is not gold. The mark will be on the clasp, pinsetta, jump ring. You may need a jewelers loop or a 10X loop to find it. . Can you please try to inspect the peice again to see if it has a jewelers mark before the auction ends as I am truely interested. I don't mean to hassel you but I really want this lol.
