New with tags! I purchased this beautiful top from Forever 21 in the Toronto Eaton centre but never had the chance to try it on. It is too small. So my loss.. Is your gain!

How pretty! Yes, I know, I've bought size large in things, thinking it would fit, and then it was too small....I swear, they are shrinking the sizes! Sizing is weird, sometimes a large fits, sometimes it is too small, sometimes I can even fit a medium, it's weird, like there is no actual standard sizing.

I'd say it fits like a large everywhere but around the bust area (particularly underneath). So I'd say anyone that is smaller than me (38D) might have a better chance. Darn buttons! Always have trouble with button up tops around them boobies ;P

I'll just let you know that this isn't quite a dress. More of a tunic... the hem lands just around the bum area. So you could probably pull it off with some tights or leggings. Just in case you were hoping for a dress... I'd hate to disappoint anyone.

But it is very flowy and flattering :) I wish it fit me! It's so pretty!! I'd rather somebody else enjoy it than have it torture me from my closet anymore HAHA

Does it stretch at the top at all?

The very top has an elastic. But where I had an issue was just under the bust line. This top is cotton and has buttons all down the front. I had a lot of gaps between each button around my bust. Typical buttoned shirt issue for us ladies. Fit awesome everywhere else though. Makes me sad. I'm a 38D if that helps. I assume if anyone has a smaller cup and/band size than me... You'd be alright.

Thanks for all the details about how it fits! Yes, buttons are always a problem...I just got a lovely black dress, but all the buttons on it are gaping, which I didn't notice at the store.
